You put too much into your career to leave without finding out what it can still do for you. You already did the appointments. You already put in the years. Now let's find out what all that experience left behind.

I had a successful salon and had built a clientele of more than 800 clients. People were already asking me to teach what I knew—and I kept saying no. I knew how to make money doing hair. When another stylist wanted to know what I knew, I saw competition.
I broke my ankle in 2008, recovered and went back. In September 2011, I had a C-section. Then in late April 2012, I broke my ankle again.
That second break was the turning point. I stopped looking at the hairstylists asking me to teach only as competition. They were people willing to pay me for what I had spent years learning.
I didn't have to leave the hair industry. I had to turn around and see a different client.
Once I saw it, I couldn't unsee it. I focused on online hair education, and it started opening doors.
Clients. Appointments. Doing hair. The appointment paid me when I showed up and did the service.
One hair career. Multiple ways to get paid from it. I was still doing hair—but the appointment wasn't the only thing working for me anymore.
I could still do the hair and get paid for the service. But now that same appointment could do another job.
The hairstyle became the content. The content became the commercial. It attracted hairstylists who wanted to learn what they had just watched me do. And the knowledge behind that appointment became digital education that could sell over and over again.
The appointment paid me once. What I knew could keep paying me.
That's the easiest way to see Residual Recovery. But styling tutorials are just the beginning. After hundreds—maybe thousands—of appointments, you've accumulated techniques, solutions, systems, shortcuts, fixes, client insight, processes and judgment.
Your old appointments may be over. What they taught you isn't gone.
Let's find out what yours left behind.
LET'S RECOVER MY RESIDUALS →No camera required. No influencer identity required.
A tutorial is the easiest way to understand the concept. It isn't the only opportunity.
Salons, barbershops, suites and other hair businesses already spend money on training. Too often, when they go looking for expertise, the internet leads them to whoever has the biggest audience—not necessarily the hairstylist with the deepest experience.
Some of the people you've spent years seeing as competition may actually be a completely different kind of client for what you know.
You decide what becomes part of your offer. You decide what you teach. You decide what stays yours.
Getting paid for your expertise does not require putting your entire career on the internet for everybody to copy. When seasoned professionals put real experience back into salons, barbershops and the next generation, we help move the industry forward and get paid to do it.
